Privacy Policy

Interval does not collect any personal data. The app is a self-contained interval training timer. It has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking SDKs.

What stays on your device

Your workouts, workout history, settings, selected theme and purchase status are stored locally on your device. This information never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or anyone else. Deleting the app removes this data.

Information we collect

None. We do not collect, store, or have access to any personal or usage information. The app does not connect to any server we operate and works fully offline.

Purchases

Interval offers a one-time in-app purchase (“Interval Pro”). Payments are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your payment details or any personal information about you. Apple’s handling of that transaction is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Health data

Interval uses Apple’s HealthKit only to mirror a live workout between your iPhone and Apple Watch — it launches the companion app and relays run controls (start, pause, skip, end) through a workout session. Interval does not read, write, store, or share any HealthKit or health data, and no health information leaves your device through HealthKit.

Interval does not access motion data, location, your camera, microphone, contacts, or any other personal data on your device.

Children

Interval is rated 4+ and is safe for all ages. Because the app collects no data, it does not knowingly collect information from children or anyone else.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
